None of us like change if we're not in control of it.

Kub, once again, good stuff. I like to think of change like this - change (of just about anything) causes a “swirling pocket of motion” - like a tornado. The key is to position yourself on the correct side of change. Sometimes you should put the winds of change at your back and ride the momentum. Sometimes (hopefully fewer times) you will or even should find yourself on the side of the swirling winds that put you with your face to the breeze. Either way, usually the swirling winds last only a short time. What you are doing at Giant Impact equips leaders to get on the momentum side of change and ride the storm out (sounds like an REO Speedwagon song!) to greater opportunities. God bless you for what you do.
