I recently saw this headline from an Intel ad:
“Leadership comes from the Inside.”
It certainly makes sense when you think of microchips processing computers.
Yet I thought it worthy of writing about. Here are some additional ways to say this:
“Whatever comes out of a leader was in there to begin with.”
or…
“What is inside will always show up outside, eventually.”
or…
“Those who spend time working on the inside will have a much better outside.”
What is in your inside? Does it lead to great leadership? These are the kinds of questions I am asking myself.

It’s also a great line to highlight the importance of finding leaders within our organizations.

Yeah, if we can’t lead ourself…no way we could lead others!!
Great leadership are formed on the inside. Character and integrity the corner stone!
