It is officially the second half of the year. What are you going to do now?
Think about it, we have just gone through six months of one of the toughest years in our recent history. Now we are in the second part of that tough year. So, what are you going to do about it?
All of us have six months in this year to make progress where progress has been tough to make. It may be in your leadership style, your business growth or your personal life.
In our business, we are being aggressive in helping companies develop a new style of leadership development, called Intentional Leadership. It will revolutionize traditional leadership training. Instead of pulling back, we are launching forward.
In my personal life, I am spending time thinking about giving more than getting. I have decided to spend my time being less self-absorbed and more focused on giving my influence, time and energy.
In our family, I am becoming more intentional about our kids learning. It is important for me to see our kids learn what we feel is vital.
Overall, I have decided to view this next half of the year as the beginning of a new year - energized, fired up and aggressive.
What about you? How are you going to step into the second half?

Couldn’t agree with you more. It seems as if the downturns we have experienced in our economy have driven us intentionally back to the values that never change. At least, that is what is happening in me. thanks for the thoughts.
