A Catalyst Leader

Today, I get the privilege of gathering with 12,000 leaders from around the U.S. at our Catalyst conference.

This 3 day event will bring together amazing young leaders, with inspiring speakers and powerful events.  We will hear from speakers such as Jim Collins, Seth Godin, Tim Sanders, Dave Ramsey, Andy Stanley, Craig Groeschel and many others.

Events are meant to be igniters.  The Catalyst event is like none other - it will ignite many and refuel the rest.

While the speakers are amazing, the secret sauce of this event is the expectation of the people and the belief that big things will happen.  This ingredient is what most leaders miss.  Expectation.

I can already picture it.  I will be standing in the middle of 12,000 excited, expectant leaders who have come to one location to be recharged as leaders.  I will be one of those leaders needing a recharge and valuing the very event we put on for others. The best part about it however will be the opportunity to look at leaders from around the world that I have brought and see the sign of a recharged battery.
