3.5 Things to Consider Today

1. You are alive - be grateful. Breath deep and think about what an amazing creature you are. Truly. It is amazing.

2. Whatever is difficult today will not be there forever. It is a fact that problems come and go. Let them go sooner than you normally would.

3. Find the people that like you and thank them. That sounds funny, doesn’t it? Tell the people who put up with you how much you appreciate them for doing so. We all have our own unique styles. For some of us they are harder to appreciate. No matter, find people and thank them.

3.5. Appreciate Perspective - get more, give more of it and relax a bit.

These are great food for thought.  I am encouraged by the no. 2 because right now I am passing through difficult moment of my life.  Though I have heard it before that difficult times don’t last forever, but this one is striking at this period. I think I should print it out boldly and place where I could see it every time.
